Clockwork Innovations provide expert advice and tailor-made support in respect of Adults' and Children's Social Care, Finance and Early Help Case Management Systems. Between us we have over 40 years’ experience working with social care systems. Our partnership is made up of a team of experts who are the very best at what they do. From end to end programme management, data migration, business process redesign, configuration, testing, training, performance management and end user support. We offer full system health checks and reviews to enable Local Authorities to fully utilise and maximise the benefits of their existing case management systems, as well as consultancy services to Local Authorities looking to procure and implement a new case management system.

Chris Caush
Founding Partner
Chris is an outcome-oriented, benefits-focused Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience bridging the gap between programme and business operations. He has front line experience in social care delivery, as well as more recent experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.

Chris has two postgraduate qualifications (MSc 2013; PG Cert 2018) - both with Distinction - along with a number of highly relevant professional qualifications, including Prince 2 (2014) and Agile Project Management (2017).

As a founding director of Clockwork Innovations, Chris specialises in delivering large and complex end-to-end, full lifecycle change projects across health and social care. A people-oriented professional, he has strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence the delivery of projects through collaboration, innovation and cooperative ways of working. His knowledge and experience give his clients the confidence to push themselves to fulfil their most ambitious goals.

Thomas Brooks
Founding Partner
Thomas has over 10 years’ experience in systems configuration, training development and delivery, providing system implementation support services and developing business processes across Adults Social Care, Children’s Social Care and Health.
Thomas has worked with a number of leading systems including Liquid Logic, Eclipse and SystemOne. He has a comprehensive understanding of business need with a technical background in system configuration. Thomas takes pride in his work and thrives when working with customers to improve case management systems and business processes. Thomas has a track record of successful system implementations due to his passion for change, innovation, commitment, and attention to detail.
